Rakazo
Self-hosted AI automation platform where bots perform real work using your tools, models, and data. Designed for persistent, auditable task execution with full ownership of your workflows.

Rakazo is a self-hosted AI automation platform that provides persistent AI teammates capable of performing real work using your tools, models, and data. Unlike traditional AI assistants, Rakazo bots sign into your systems, complete tasks the way you would, and return when they need human input.
Key Features
- Persistent AI Teammates: Create bots that remember context and perform ongoing tasks across your workflows
- Tool Integration: Bots sign into your applications (Gmail, CRM, etc.) and operate them like a human would
- Model Flexibility: Use any model (Claude, GPT, Grok, or local) and swap between them per bot
- Readable Routines: Workflows are saved as plain Markdown you can read, edit, and commit to version control
- Audit Logs: Every action is logged with approvals that hold—set what bots can do alone vs. what requires human review
- Pre-built Bot Templates: Start with specialized bots like Sales Outbound, Inbox Manager, Talent Scout, Expense Manager, Bug Triage, and Account Manager
- Self-hosting: Full control over your data with Docker-based deployment options including local machines, E2B, Daytona, and Box
- Encryption: End-to-end encryption for all bot activities and data
Tech / Self-Hosting
Rakazo is open source (Apache-2.0) and designed for self-hosting. The platform provides Docker images for easy deployment on your infrastructure. Configuration includes:
- PostgreSQL database for persistent storage
- Better Auth for authentication
- Encryption keys for data security
- Sandbox supervisor token for remote provider integration
Installation requires Docker Engine and Compose plugin. The system supports both local Docker computers and optional remote providers like E2B, Daytona, and Box. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
